MARDEC PROCESSING SDN BHD (MPSB)
Established in 1999, MARDEC Processing Sdn. Bhd (MPSB) buys cup lump-based raw rubber and processes this material into technically specified rubber and compounded rubber products (SMR 5, 10, 20, CV). The NR products are mostly supplied to major tyre manufacturing companies such as Continental, Goodyear, Kumho, Hankook and Michelin and other clients in more than 90 countires worldwide.

MPSB invests in the latest technology in NR processing to continuously improve the quality of its products. With its commitment to excellence in quality, service and consistency, the company was awarded SIRIM's ISO 9001:2000 QMS certification in 2002.

MARDEC INDUSTRIAL LATEX SDN BHD (MIL)
This MARDEC subsidiary specializes in the production and distribution of latex concentrate, technically specified rubber which is latex-based, prevulcanized (PV) latex, compounded latex grades and superior processing natural rubber (SP rubber). PV latex is dipped and cast to make gloves, balloons, catheters, condoms, dental dams, and party and movie masks. The various latex grades are also used in the manufacture of adhesives as well as chemicals in dispersion form.

MIL can also undertake customized manufacturing of rubber products based on specific designs and requirements.

MARDEC INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD (MISB)
MISB is an investment holding company concentrating on overseas investments in rubber processing. To date its activities have extended to Thailand, Indonesia, India and Vietnam.

MISB also provides consultancy services in marketing, factory management and training, environmental management and the development of new projects. It was one of the first rubber trading companies to receive the MS ISO 9001:2000 certification.

MARDEC POLYMERS SDN BHD (M-Pol)
This MARDEC subsidiary specializes in the manufacture of technical and precision natural rubber products.  Using modern processes of mixing, moulding, cold feed and T-head extrusion as well as 'cut-ring / grinding', M-Pol has the capability to design and manufacture high-precision rubber components.

M-Pol's high quality products can be found among everyday objects, from household appliances, clothes and sports items to cars, roads, bridges, medical equipment and high technology machinery.  They are also widely used in the defence, infrastructure and aviation industries, as well as in power transmission cables. M-Pol's products are known for their visually appealing design and non-toxic properties.

Applying its technical expertise and advanced manufacturing capabilities, the company also produces precisely engineered plastic components such as injection moulded trays, thermoformed trays and various automotive parts. M-Pol's technical strength and experience has enabled it to function as a highly effective contract manufacturer.

MARDEC - YALA COMPANY LIMITED
Established in 1999, MARDEC's Thai-based subsidiary, MARDEC-Yala Company Limited, processes latex into latex concentrate, prevulcanized latex, technically specified rubber and skim rubber. The raw materials are sourced from smallholders operating in Yala and Narathiwat provinces and other areas in southern Thailand.

 

R1 INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD
Incorporated in August 2001, R1 International Sdn. Bhd is an associate company of MARDEC Berhad, involved in marketing of rubber from MARDEC and other sources. R1 International is a joint venture company between MARDEC International Sdn. Bhd. (Malaysia), and Cargill Inc. (USA), Thaveesak Holdings Co. Ltd., (Thailand) and Kian In Ltd. (Virgin Island).  

P.T. MARDEC NUSA RIAU
Established in 2000, P.T MARDEC Nusa Riau is MARDEC's first Indonesian-based company, producing latex concentrate.

P.T. MARDEC MUSI LESTARI
Established in 2004, P.T. MARDEC Musi Lestari is the second of MARDEC's Indonesian-based companies: it produces Standard Indonesian Rubber (SIR) 10 and 20.

P.T. MARDEC SIGER WAY KANAN
Established in 2006, P.T. MARDEC Siger Way is Mardec's third Indonesian-based company: it also produces Standard Indonesian Rubber (SIR) 10 and 20.

MARDEC SAIGON RUBBER CO. LTD.
MARDEC Saigon Rubber Company (MSC) was incorporated in Vietnam in 2004. 

MSC produces RSS, latex concentrate and Standard Vietnamese Rubber (SVR) grades such as SVR CV, SVR L, SVR 10 and SVR 20.

Located strategically in the rubber-growing district of Ben Cat, Binh Duong Province, MSC enjoys a production capacity of more than 18,000 tonnes per annum.
